Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and data processing skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks or assignments simultaneously and efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Team-oriented individual who is able to shift focus quickly and efficiently between varying tasks and priorities.



Essential Physical Abilities

  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Could involve some lifting.



Education/Experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in real estate or title insurance profession with an emphasis on commercial title insurance transactions.
