  • 10 years progressive experience in facilities maintenance from the trades or through education, (any relevant degree, diploma or experience will be evaluated);

  • At least 5 years experience managing P3 mandates with multiple KPIs and excellent results;

  • Technical management and planning background including strong software knowledge such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word);

  • Strong report writing skills;
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving experience in a medium to large organization;

  • Available for on call issues as needed;
  • Able to understand and interpret complex documents, blueprints, As-Builts and schematics;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French;
  • Safety & Quality oriented;
  • Possesses and maintains a good level of technical expertise.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of P3 contracts, including P3 contract methodology, reporting and delivery of services;

  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance programs (CMMS) is critical. QFM an asset;

  • Facility Management Administrator (FMA), Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (an asset) or subsequent level of experience;

  • Excellent knowledge on electrical and mechanical systems, security systems, and other facility services including Building Automation. ASRS systems experience would be beneficial.

  • Able to pass all background checks and obtain a Secret level security clearance as per Government of Canada requirements.
